I particularly like the chapter with recipes for what you would normally consider processed foods that are ingredients put in individual dishes. There are those for breakfast, salads with dressings, meat recipes including poultry, seafood and other meats, stir fry recipes, snacks including sweets, and even some Anti-Inflammatory and Ketogenic recipes. The book also has many delicious recipes. The book did a great job at explaining what processed foods are and how to avoid them. The primary thing is that the ingredients do not include processed foods. The book explains that there are vegetarian dishes included in the diet, but there are also meat dishes.
